HARD COAL FLY ASH
Manufacture / Origin
Hard coal fly ash falls is produced during the combustion of hard coal in power stations with dust and soot firing in the filtering systems for the emission control. The flue ash is removed from the collecting funnels of the filtering system by means of electrostatic precipitator.
Hard coal fly ash is basically an alumino-silicate glass, with inclusions of quartz, mullite, haematite and magnetite.
